What ever the size, shape or capacity a trailer can be designed and manufactured to transport the load securely and safely.

Each company’s requirements are different, our site survey will identify these needs and through our design and manufacturing process a solution can be provided, which ultimately will improve the working efficiency of any process.

Our trailer specifications are build from a standard design platform with many options to suit all application.

All design is driven by the client specification. Detailed design drawings are produced to facilitiate the manufacturing process, main components parts are as shown with many options available as detailed in the list below.

The Trailer Design & Manufacturing Process

An enquiry can be received through a phone call, via the website or through the self assessment form.

A site visit will be undertaken if required to conduct a survey of the existing environment, and to further confirm
specification.

The clients enquiry will be fully specified including optional extras and delivery lead in times

	CHASSIS CONSTRUCTION: Welded rolled steel section with flush fitting side rails

	PLATFORM CONSTRUCTION: Exterior grade plywood

	STEERING: Single or twin turntable (ball bearing) interlinked, castor steer or single or twin Ackerman steering

	AXLES: Solid steel beam axles, front axle turntable mounted, rear axle fixed (single turntable), fitted with taper-roller bearings.

	WHEELS AND TYRES: Tyres are selected from client’s requirement and include, shaped resilient solid rubber, press on band and pneumatic tyres.

	HUBS: Taper roller bearing hubs with stud and nut fixings.

	DRAWBAR / TOWING EYE: T handle or hinged A frame draw bars, with cast or fabricated towing eyes.

	FINISH: De-burred and de-greased single primer undercoat with a single gloss coat of customers choice.
