Features
Most of the site trailers come with a hydraulic lifting mechanism. This is primarily used to accommodate large payloads as well as elevate loads to great heights. From trolley transporters which essentially transport industrial trolleys around the shop floor, to customized trailers which can accommodate even up to 34 tone in weight – a site trailer can do all this and more. The lifting mechanism can even have 5 tone capacities – great for heavy duty industrial usage. Some of the trailers have a hydraulic tail lift or even a rear tailgate which allows easy transportation of up to 8 trolleys at a time. Sometimes in industrial areas, several of these trailers maybe used to transport fork lifts via swan neck trailer types.
Customized solutions
There are various factors that will determine the size and shape as well as capacity of the site trailer. Factors like the height at which the load is to be lifted, the size of the cargo, the weight of the load among many others can determine the design and structure of the trailer.
